Sweet! I've been searching for pins in SW FLorida. I found there is on at the 8ball Lounge in South Fort Myers. I hope to play it tonight! I'll update the condition, etc after play.

Bad News :>(,
I was just at Stevie Tomato's in Cape Coral and there are no machines there. The staff told me it has recently been replaced by a bowling game which one of them loves. I will be down here for the rest of the week and am planning on checking out some of the other locations listed on this site. I will provide updates.

I went to the Fort Myers Ale House and played the Spiderman machine there. The sound appeared to be turned off but the game worked without any problems. This is the only pinball machine in the place. It is a nice sports bar. I also went to the 8 Ball Lounge in Fort Myers and played the Pirates machine there. The sound was so low it was usually not audible. It seemed to give extra balls and multi-ball more often than it should. The place is a smoke-filled pool hall. This is the only pinball machine in the place.
I will try to get to a few more local places before I leave town at the end of the week.
